Portraiture Project

Hello :)

I've not had much time to be on here of late. What with college putting the pressure on for my UCAS application and all. So sorry :) However, yesterday, I did a shoot of Claire and Stuart. Y'see, my project for the year, my "Personal Investigation," is on portraiture. And here be my five ideas within said field:

Spontaneous Portraits - I did a spontaneous shoot the other day, need to look through it first. I basically took my camera into town, and shot random people :)

Climbing Portraits - I'm waitng on my climbing friends to take me out so I can photograph them climbing :) Quite looking forward to that, got some great ideas :)

Nature Portraits - People in the countryside, basically :p

Couples - Hence the shoot of Claire and Stuart... bet you were wondering when I was going to get to that :P They are such a cute couple, really photogenic :) Got lots more to add of that.

Studio Portraits - Gonna use college's studio and do a shoot in there, using the technical lighting and stuffs :)

Finally getting into this project; despite how much I love people oriented photos, I found it really difficult to start this project. Guess I was just having a block. Started taking photos. I guess when you start doing that, you get more and more inspired :)

Anyway... expect LOTS of my friends to appear on here over the next few months :D
